American Separations fabricates strainer baskets from durable  triangular shaped wire. Typical filtration to 75-microns and below. Custom baskets with side inlet ports, spring handles, mounting guides are typical of our capabilities. We fabricate from perforated plate when requested and can line baskets with fine mesh.

Candle Filters

AMERICAN SEPARATIONS offers a complete line of new and repacked fiber bed filter mist collector systems. Fiber bed filters are used to trap, collect and remove liquids and soluble particulate matter suspended in a gas stream. Mist laden gas passes in a horizontal direction perpendicular to one side of the fiber bed and cleaned gas exits from the opposite side.
